Too Lazy To Be A Guide Dog...How Marcus Found His Calling

A black Labrador originally trained as a guide dog in Australia has found a new purpose as a therapy dog at a Sydney cancer center after being deemed unsuited for guide work.

Born at the Guide Dogs Centre in 2020, Marcus was later matched with oncologist Dr. Lina Pugliano of Cancer Fit, where he now comforts patients during consultations and treatments.

His calm, affectionate nature has made him a beloved presence at the clinic, highlighting how therapy dogs provide support in medical and community settings.
