A Coast Guard officer jumped into the Milwaukee River to save a drowning puppy. A crowd watched in shock as a puppy struggled to stay afloat in the river in freezing temperatures. Thankfully, the unidentified Coast Guard member was able to reach the pup and pull it to safety just as two large blocks of ice came together and forced the dog's head underneath. SEE THE VIDEO HERE
