A surgical team worked to save the life of a beloved stuffed animal belonging to a special needs patient. The team at Winnipeg's Concordia noticed 23-year-old Dean Heber's stuffed animal was looking a bit beat up while he recovered from pneumonia. The staff took the toy wolf into "surgery" and sewed him right up. Heber is unable to vocally express his gratitude, but his mom thinks he is happy to know someone was looking out for his stuffed animal.
