STUPID IS AS STUPID DOES.

This is not very bright. A viral video shows when Kevon Burns, from Michigan, logged into his Zoom court hearing for a suspended license while he was seated behind the wheel of a car. The video was originally posted to TikTok on October 22nd. Judge Erane C. Washington, of the 14B District Court in Ypsilanti, is pictured in the middle of the Zoom call, and askes Burns, “Are you driving right now?” He replies, “Yeah,” and Washington says, “You’re suspended and you’re in court—first of all interrupting the court.” Then Burns says he’s “not even driving,” he is just driving the car for a friend. Washington tells him, “Alright. I’m going to need you to park the car and get out the car, Ok?” Burns replies, “If you’re having a bad day, just say that.” Washington says, “No, I’m not having a bad day ‘til you started talking while driving at the same time that you’re suspended.” The TikTok user who originally posted the video said the judge should drag him in on a bench warrant. No word on if the man faces any additional charges for his antics
