This is a very entertaining holiday tradition. A pair of brothers from New Hampshire have been regifting each other the same box of candy each year since Christmas since 1987. That’s when Ryan Wasson gifted his brother Eric a box of Christmas-themed Life Savers candy as a joke, as Eric dislikes the candy. Eric Wasson says he then kept the candy all year so he could give it to Ryan in Christmas 1988, starting the tradition between the two that lives on to this day. The brothers say their annual gifting has gotten creative, with elaborate pranks involving family, friends, coworkers, and even the local sheriff’s office.
