Being sick with Covid is never a pleasant thing and kind gestures from loved ones during your time of need can go a long way in helping you feel better. This time that gesture wasn't from a family member but from her delivery driver.
Hootie, who posts under the username@realhootie, posted footage from her Ring doorbell and explained she and her husband had ordered food shopping to be delivered to their house since they were both self-isolating. Her husband left a few bags of trash outside to be taken to the curb but had forgotten. They were amazed when they saw their delivery driver, Kimberly, pick up the bags and dispose of them herself: "My husband had set our trash on the porch to take out later since he's sick, but our delivery driver, Kimberly, took it down for us in the rain without saying a word."
The heart-warming post has been viewed over 1.4 million times, and Instacart - who are a grocery delivery and pick-up service in the US and Canada - themselves responded in the comments. The company wrote: "Thank you for showing Kimberly so much love!"
