A teenager named Zach Montana uncovered a long-held family secret: his dad wrote and sang an awesome song that he never released. Zach loved the song so much he made a video in his car playing it and posted it to TikTok. It now has 3.2 million views. So we invited Zach and his dad Curly Smith to tell us their story and to perform the song “Surrender to Me” with their band Fire City Funk.
Below is the initial video Zach posted when he found on about the song. Then he and his dad are invited to appear with Jimmy Kimmel and tell their whole story...and, of course, perform!
