Doorbell footage has captured the heart-warming decision from from some young trick or treaters on Halloween: in it we see the pair of kids - in masks - walk up to the front door.
When they realize a sweet bowl outside the door on a chair was empty, one says to his pal: "Someone's taken them [the sweets]." The pair then go into their own bags and remove some sweets to replenish the bowl.
Jodie Laithy described the two boys' gesture as "the cutest thing ever". She watched the footage later that night and shared it, with it now going viral.
She wants the kids' mum and dad to see it - to see "how amazing their children are". Jodie wrote: "I don’t no [sic] who these two boys are but how cute are they. We left a bowl of sweets out for the kids while we were out and because it was empty they put some of their own sweets in it. These kids actions were so cute. I hope their parents see it and are proud of them. We left a bowl of sweets out for the kids while we were out, and because it was empty they put some of their own sweets in it.
