Elizabeth and Alexander Burckle, a couple from California, are suing a Hawaii-based tour company after they were left abandoned in the ocean while snorkeling on their honeymoon. The boat left them in the open ocean and they were forced to swim back to shore, which left them fatigued and dehydrated upon their arrival. Local residents eventually noticed them in distress and helped them contact the tour company.
