In Midland, Texas, police are seeking information that can identify an unhappy customer who caused property damage to Wingstop. The female suspect was at the restaurant picking up an order when she became “irate” after learning the restaurant’s policy on showing a credit card for online purchases. The woman’s name did not match that of the cardholder. A Facebook post stated that the manager was attempting to calm the suspect down when she started to push the cash register and attempted to go behind the counter to confront the manager. The suspect “then decided to damage all the cash registers, including the phones, before she left the business.” The suspect caused $21,000 in damage to property.
