A Florida Amazon delivery driver is in “very serious condition” after being bitten by a highly venomous Eastern diamondback rattlesnake while delivering a package. The incident occurred at a home in Palm City, Florida, Monday night. The driver was bitten by the snake as she was walking to the front door to drop off the package. She immediately became ill and called 911.
… Eastern diamondback rattlesnakes are common in the area and known to be highly venomous. Amazon is investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
