A New York man won $10 million in the lottery--for the second time!

A New York man won $10 million dollars from a scratch-off...again.

Wayne Murray won the impressive prize on Tuesday while playing the 200x game. Just over a year ago, he won his first $10 million playing Black Titanium.

Murray even purchased both of his tickets at the same store: the H&A Gas & Convenience on Avenue H in Flatbush.

The two-time winner said he just wanted to be discreet, and considers himself an extremely religious man. 

But believe it or not, this same thing happened a year ago to a different man, also in New York!! See the video below.
