In a bizarre and fishy incident, a 17-year-old from Provo, Utah, has found himself in hot water after allegedly taping fish to ATMs and even a police car. The Provo Police Department reported around 13 instances where fish were found taped to various objects, with the Instagram account fish_bandit84 being the place where the displays were shared. The account’s bio reads: “Live, laugh, tape fish on ATMs.”
If you watch the videos, like a murder mystery, you never see the "fish bandit"'s face.
The teen now faces two charges of property damage.
