On-duty Florida cop was drunk when he drew gun after crashing into cop car

A Miami-Dade officer has been accused of being drunk when he crashed his county vehicle into a police car.

Victor Montalvo allegedly crashed into a parked police car with its emergency lights on around midday Tuesday.

Arresting officer Zbik said Montalvo told him that he drank too much. However, Montalvo refused to take a Field Sobriety Test.

Montalvo has been charged with a DUI and causing property damage
