Tony Danza on turning 73: 'That's the Age Old People Are!'

Tony Danza is probably best known for his work on "Taxi" and "Who's The Boss," but it looks like ht doesn't want to be reminded of that.

Appearing on The Today Show, the actor, who this week turned 73 opened up about his birthday and how he views aging.

After being asked how he was feeling about his special day, Danza responded, "Oh, you know. I think as we get older, they become less and less important. I’m not really, you know … it’s another day. It’s a tipping point I think, you know what I mean?" he continued. "You know how at 50, you start waking up with injuries? You go to bed, you’re fine, you wake up with a broken leg? 60 you get very self-reflective. ‘What have I done, what haven’t I done? What should I do?’ "

"70 is seminal. [71] wasn’t bad, [72] wasn’t bad. [73] feels tipping," Danza added. "You know, that’s the age old people are."
