After losing her home in the wildfires, Rosie O'Donnell moves to Ireland

Rosie O’Donnell revealed on TikTok that she has moved to Ireland from the United States following Donald Trump’s presidential reelection.

In a nearly ten minute video, O’Donnell explained that she’s going through the process to get Irish citizenship and – without naming names – the move was spurred along by Trump’s return to the White House.

“It has been heartbreaking to see what is happening over there politically and hard for me personally as well,” O’Donnell said. O’Donnell moved to Ireland in mid-January, deeming it important to get her 12-year-old daughter out of the country. While she herself might have moved from the US, O’Donnell also rallied the American people to take a stand politically against what is happening.

“I encourage everyone to stand up, to use their voice, to protest, to demand that we follow the constitution in our country, and not a king and not a man and we don’t have cruelty as part of our governing style,” O’Donnell said.
