This babysitter was checking for monsters under the bed...and found one

A chilling incident unfolded in Kansas as a babysitter (in Barton County) made a terrifying discovery on Monday night. Responding to a child’s claim of a “monster” hiding under the bed, the babysitter bravely investigated and was stunned to come face-to-face with a man concealed beneath the bed. Law enforcement officials were alerted to the scene with the babysitter recounted a harrowing altercation when the man was uncovered, resulting in the suspect pushing over both the sitter and the child before fleeing the scene. After an intense search, deputies located the suspect the next day. A 27-year-old former resident of the property was apprehended and charged with aggravated kidnapping and child endangerment.
