These residents were surprised when pink water came out of their faucets

Recently my neighborhood was dealing with several water issues from a dirty brown color to bad smell. Some say even though the local hydrants were flushed they still occasionally see discoloration in their water.

Some Iowa residents got a surprise in their sinks. KCCI reports the water tower in the town of Kimballton is experiencing a malfunction with its filtering process. It's causing the water to run pink and the 200 people who live there now rely on bottled water. While the tap water is reportedly safe to bathe in, some residents say they're going to wait until things clear up. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
